Junky Monkey’s Christmas Fun

Junky Monkey has moved back in to ARTIfacts for some holiday fun!  You can always count on Ms Junky for her fun twist on Holiday Decor!  Just check these out!

Frosty is already on this great old chair – you don’t have to do anything but carry it home, put it on your front porch, and you have a great display for the winter season – not just for Christmas!

 

This old bicycle wrapped in vintage Christmas lights is just plain fun!  As is the picket fence post with the holiday ribbon and “Merry Christmas” spelled down the front.

Junky has outdone herself with her decorating style in a quick and easy display – this box with one single light and vintage ornaments and the coveted (at least by me!) bottle brush trees. Just plug this in and place on a table top and you are set to go!

This mini chalkboard is wonderful for seasonal notes, and even just “good morning” notes!  And at this price, you really can’t beat this stylish message board!

don’t want to leave out Thanksgiving – Junky has lapel button brooches – and no worries – The Dollhouse is going to load us up with her Christmas style brooches soon enough!

 

I love this snowman kit – just add snow!

Junky Monkey back for Spring & Easter

Many of you are fans of a vendor who left us a few months back – Junky Monkey. She has moved to Florida, but likes to come back and visit her husband every so often – who is still here in Clarksville. So, she was nice enough to bring us some spring and Easter goodies on her last run though.

Come in and check them out while she is still here – this is just a temporary set up for the holiday – so don’t wait to come see what she has for you – besides, first come first serve :o)

More Fall Decor!

I have already done one blog about the Halloween and fall decor brought in by our different vendors - but most of those items have sold and now they have restocked. So, I wanted to share with you the newer items.

I love this basket - set up like a bird cage with a black crow inside. Wonderfully fall and Halloween display in one!


This floral arrangement is attached to a vintage rake. So cute, and inventive. Of course, the price is outstanding too! You couldn't make this yourself for this small price tag!

Gilded pumpkins and decorative balls are new pieces in the booth of Oh Baby! Kathy could teach you how to do this technique or you can just buy them from her - you wouldn't believe how affordable the display in this photo is! And you can use it now, and easily through until you pull out your display for the winter holidays.

I really enjoy this display also. Keepsake Memories mostly features their engaged wooden frames & signs, but she also is an incredible artist. I particularly enjoy these two images for the fall season. Warm & inviting!

Patriotic Decorating

Summer is upon us, and it makes me want to pull out all my summer decor and freshen up the look around the house. This year, I need some new ideas to give a new twist to my look.

So, I turn to 2 of our vendors at ARTifacts. Busy Bee & Junky Monkey. Busy Bee has redone their booth entirely this past weekend, and it doesn't look at all like it did Saturday morning. They added many new pieces - but with the theme today I want to focus on their new Americana display.
I love the Colonial Drummer cross stitch, the vintage thermos, and the eagle tray - ok - I love the entire display.

There are also several items in Junky Monkey's booth that are seasonally appropriate. I already love these salvage wood stars that she has been making for some time now, but for this time of year I am finding more additional excuses to purchase one! Junky Monkey is one of our featured vendors this month - and she has out done herself getting the booth stocked up for the season. Come see for yourself! Hurry, because this stuff goes fast!
