Appealing Jewelry Designs & Rebecca Sower

More goodies!  These from Rachel of Appealing Jewelry Designs. Then some new goodies from Rebecca Sower!

Up to all kinds of new tricks as usual, she had discovered the joys of etching into copper and brass for jewelry.  These beautiful and unique pieces are just wonderful.

Not only a new display but kinds of new pieces for fall.DSCF1022

More copper designs -

Now for Rebecca’s goodies!  Check out this amazing infinity scarf – wait….don’t….sold…. There is one more – it is smaller, and in our front display.

I love journals – and Rebecca’s may be my favorite of all time.  Especially her competition notebooks that she has covered.  I <3 them all!!!

So there is a bad photo of the scarf mentioned above, and this beautiful collection of vintage netting – and the fun vintage pep rally shigns.

This pillow – love it.  It is so sweet!  Perfect sweet little touch.  Makes me happy.

New Arrivals in Horsefeathers & IdeasNWood’s new space

Again, so many photos – so I am just going to share!

Love the burlap frame and the red window – perfect for kids artwork.  It is on hold right now, but if she doesn’t come back for it tomorrow it is up for grabs!

I love these rustic boards with the magnet board on there too!  How cool!

Love the fun vintage looking earrings, clips and bracelets!

Here is IdeasNWoods booth now that he has expanded to a larger space.  Those puzzle piece frames, love them.  And the hand mirrors!

My Mom has a vintage rocking chair that was ours when we were little, and I think of it each time I walk by this rocking chair in Darin’s booth.  What a great gift for a kid!  Heirloom.

You can’t see it in this photo, but this is lite up with a bulb inside the box, shining softly through the fabric.  Really pretty!

Close up of the puzzle piece frames.

This cutting board is gorgeous!  Thinking great, gift for my hubby….hm….

Darling Pottery & The Felted Lady

OK – there is too much to show you – so I am going to stick to the details!

Sweet new journals made by Darling Pottery – love the choice of the papers!

This photo is so bad, but these koi fish are so amazing!  You have to see for yourself!

Love these Halloween inspired blocks – so cute!

Now The Felted Lady is back in the fall of things!  These pins would dress up your purse, scarf, jacket – I love them!

I think I have told you all before that I have 2 pairs of her fingerless gloves.  I love them!  And they go quick, so you might not want to wait on these!!

Do you get chilled easy?  I do, and these felted upcycled sweater cuffs turned into fashional bracelets will help keep you toasty and warm!  They are right on your radial pulse so it keeps you warm – amazingly easy – while FASHIONABLE!

There you have it!  Today’s update!  More on Monday!

See you downtown!

Back in the saddle again…

Well, I am home.  It has been a rough couple of weeks for my Mom, sisters and I, but we are back in TN now and ready for the fall season.  Thanks to everyone who shared their prayers during this rough time for the Thomas Family.  We appreciate it more than you will even know.

And of course, I can’t go on without saying how grateful I am to Crystal who kept the shop running.  While she didn’t have easy access to the blog to keep those of you who watch the blog informed – she was able to keep our Facebook page updated amazingly well!  THANKS TO CRYSTAL FOR EVERYTHING!!!  You are my rock!

Didn’t know we have a Facebook page?  We do!  And it is perfect for uploading our just arrived items quick and fast!  If you don’t watch it yet, you really should (just ask Taylor E. who shops often via our Facebook page – and comes running in as soon as she sees something she can’t live without and gets first dibs!  It is the way to go, I tell ya!

Here is what you missed out on:

The amazing agate ring on the far right is GONE!  You snooze you lose!  She also so a featured necklace – so don’t miss out on the next new arrival posts!

So now I am going to have to catch you up on all the new vendors, vendors who moved to bigger better spaces, and new arrivals.  Going to be a whirlwind of posts for the next few days, but I really recommend coming in and checking it out yourself, not just waiting for the posts, because it is not unhear of for these things to be gone by the time I post them!!

Not sure which of these three items I like best – the chair I love, the burlap frame with gold painted frame or the window pane with the clips.  PERFECT for kids artwork that MUST be on display!

Hm, that one may go home with me today…..

See you downtown!

Featured Artist–Patsy Dollar

When asked about her art, here is what Patsy Dollar shared: This year has been very eventful for me as I pursue my art and the expression of it.

I have moved into different mediums of expression and not been as active in others. This show is titled “Multifaceted Perceptions by the Loose Potter”.DSCF1002

In this presentation I have attempted to show my growth within by presenting art that is as multifaceted as I am. DSCF1003DSCF1004

New examples of Face Pots with more abstractions, and free form faces that peer out at you, and the addition of Crystalline glazes to add depth to the perceptions of art forms and their functionality.
