Pat Jones Jewelry is another amazing artists that you can find at ARTifacts.  Pat has been here with us since we opened 4 years ago.  What is special about Pat’s jewelry is that she prefers to use natural objects, and builds her one of a kind creations around those items.  Always with a simple elegance that is so hard to find now, but always perfect!

Featured Artist–Patsy Dollar

When asked about her art, here is what Patsy Dollar shared: This year has been very eventful for me as I pursue my art and the expression of it.

I have moved into different mediums of expression and not been as active in others. This show is titled “Multifaceted Perceptions by the Loose Potter”.DSCF1002

In this presentation I have attempted to show my growth within by presenting art that is as multifaceted as I am. DSCF1003DSCF1004

New examples of Face Pots with more abstractions, and free form faces that peer out at you, and the addition of Crystalline glazes to add depth to the perceptions of art forms and their functionality.

New Soaps from Seay Soaps

Patsy of Seay Soaps has made us a bunch of new soaps to enjoy.  After all we cleaned her out after her buy one get one sale – now we have all new items to enjoy.  Got to tell you something…

Seay Soaps

Patsy made some soaps for my daughter who is having some problems with dry skin bumps on her arms.  We have tried many different solutions, but no success.  We have now used Seay Soaps for only 3 days, and we can already see a huge difference on those bumps going away.  THANKS PATSY!  Above you see photos of her beautiful new spa soaps.  They are not only pretty, but also wonderfully soft and sudsy!

on the 4th day of Christmas ....

....my true love gave to me - some really beautiful works of art. The Loose Potter is our vendor offering the deal for day 4. Her beautiful and unique designs are perfect for gifts for everyone.

Most of The Loose Potter's pieces are food & dishwasher safe (making them an even NICER gift!)

Unique pieces and stylish design. All of these pots would be perfect for chips, dip, fruit, items from your pockets, car keys, and anything else you need to keep contained in style.
Teapots and character pots are in high on my list this year. Her teapots are so beautiful, I would love to show it off to friends as I serve them a nice hot cup of tea!
Function and design.
Buy one pot and get a second pot of equal or lesser value for 50% off! Great deal! You don't want to miss out on this one.
Celebrate the 4th day of Christmas only Friday, Nov 27 & Saturday, Nov 28. These are already 2 great days to shop downtown and avoid the mall mania. Come downtown!
Happy Thanksgiving!

Amazing Weather

So - this has been the most beautiful July ever! Can you stand how amazing it is? I am in heaven and it is a wonderfully comfortable temperature up here at ARTifacts. I almost put on a jacket this morning cuz I was getting chilly!

So - what's new? Well I have already mentioned that Patsy Dollar, The Loose Potter, has joined us here at ARTifacts, but I think I neglected to share many photos of her wonderful items with you all - I am fixing that right now!
I love these little plates! I am considering sending a set to my best friend in England, for her to serve her kids (my Godchildren) snacks on. Not only do I see these for small snacks, bread, or even a holder for my corn on the cob - but they're all kinds of other uses for this set of plates. How about for candles, keys, jewelry on your dresser table, etc!
I love the color on this collection of pots!
Our Loose Potter also has several bowls she has added appropriate phrases on the top edge. Great gifts or bunco prizes!

My other best friend's Mom collected teapots for many years. Every time I see these teapots, I think of Pam. She would have loved these pieces!
There are more options at the shop - I am only sharing a few of The Loose Potter's art - now come in and see the rest for yourself!
Hope this posting finds you all well - and enjoying amazing weather!

Cheers!
